SHIPPING CHARGES
– The cost of each shipment will be calculated and detailed at the time of confirming the purchase for approval provided by the customer before confirming the payment and will depend on destination, weight and composition of your order.
– For European Union we offer free shipping on orders above 90 euros.
– For Spain (Peninsula and Balears Islands) we offer free shipping on orders above 60 euros.
SHIPPING AREAS
– Atlas website only ships to Spain (Peninsula and Balears Island)s and countries of the European Union.
For orders outside these áreas, please contact us by email and we will check shipping prices and options for you as son as posible. In this case, you will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes if there are. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Important Notice: Please be aware that Atlas does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country or zone your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country or zone.
DELIVERY DATES
We are small team and we like wrapping all packages nicely and prepairing all the deliveries with care, so please allow us to ship orders twice a week: Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders places before 12 pm. on Tuesday and Friday, will be shipped that same day. If you order after 12 pm on Tuesday or Friday your order will be shipped the next shipping day.
– Delivery times in European Union goes between 2 to 7 working days since shipping day.
– Delivery times inside Spain goes between 24 to 48 hours (during working days) since shipping day.

| RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our aim is that you are happy with your purchase. Customers have 14 working days from receipt of products to proceed with the return of an item purchased. You should send us an email to info@atlasbyatlas.com explaining the reason for the return of the ítems.
Items must be returned in their original condition, along with any accessories related to the items and may not be used, washed or damaged. They must keep their original labels, complete original packaging and attach the invoice or a copy of it in case of returning part of the order. The itmes must be sent to the following address: Calle Fernández de la Hoz 45, portal 3, 4ª, 28010, Madrid, Spain.
If the above conditions are met, the total amount of the items returned, including VAT, will be refunded. Your refund will take effect within 30 days of receiving the items. You will be refunded by crediting the bank account used for your payment.
Important notice: Until we receive the item in our showroom is at your own risk. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back. We recommend you to ship the item by courier or registered post and that you retain proof of sending. The shipping cost of this is borne by the buyer.
